HyperCode provides enterprise web development, data engineering, business intelligence, and IT & Non-IT staffing consulting. Any specific engagement for consulting services, project deliverables, or candidate placements will be governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

6. Site Management and Termination

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the website for violations of these Terms & Conditions. We may block, suspend, or terminate access to the site for users who violate our terms or engage in disruptive behavior, without notice or liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will HyperCode, its directors, employees, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the website.
