Business Challenge

A high-traffic e-commerce brand operating on a monolithic platform experienced severe mobile slowdowns (mobile page speed score of 34/100). The slow loading speed led to high shopping cart abandonment rates, resulting in flatlining online revenue and rising customer acquisition costs.

HyperCode Solution

HyperCode migrated the brand to a modern, decoupled headless architecture. We developed a highly responsive, blazing-fast web application using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS, connected to their product catalog APIs.

Implementation & Consulting Strategy

We designed the frontend using Next.js App Router and Tailwind CSS for rapid styling. To maximize speed, we implemented Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), pre-rendering product detail pages at build time while updating inventory in the background. The frontend was deployed on Vercel edge networks, achieving server response times of less than 50ms worldwide.

Business Results & Outcomes

The headless storefront produced a 35% increase in mobile conversion rates, reduced page load latency by 60%, and achieved a perfect 100/100 Core Web Vitals performance score.

Real-Time Multi-Channel Inventory Intelligence

A global retail enterprise with over 500 physical brick-and-mortar storefronts and a high-traffic e-commerce portal suffered from stock synchronization lag. Inventory data was batch-updated once every 24 hours, leading to frequent stockouts on trending items and over $5M in annual write-downs due to overstocked seasonal inventory.

A healthcare system with multiple specialist clinics experienced high patient scheduling drop-offs. Patients were forced to call administrative lines to schedule visits, verify check-ins, or review test results, creating long call center queues and driving administrative costs up.
